About Emma | Built by Emma
Built by Emma began with a simple idea and a personal story that turned into passion and ambition.
There have been moments in my life where I have struggled with confidence, self esteem, stress, anxiety, depression and had no idea where I wanted to become or who to become
Through reflection, learning, growing and the support of my amazing friends and family, I was able to come out of the other side.
By my personal experience of overcoming these challenges and my knowledge and work experience in Psychology, I was able have a drive to create something outside of learning.
Built by Emma is my way of sharing what I have learn’t through journals, podcast episodes, daily quotes and affirmations, affirmation card decks and much more than is coming soon.
I am so grateful you are here and I hope this space reminds you that growth doesn’t happen all at once. Reflect, learn and grow to build confidence, mindset and ambition. One small step at a time.

Emma is a Psychology BSc who is now moving onto her Masters Degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology.
Emma has always been a girl who has a passion for helping and caring for others but like many others, has had periods of doubt, overthinking and wondered if I was capable of more.
Then she became the Founder of Built by Emma.
The intent of reflection, growth, learning and processing can help you believe in yourself a little bit more on your journey.
